Please beware that all our products are manufactured using semi or fully manual processes, meaning we ensure their quality by an acceptance process but not its complete standardization. This is why every product is unique and no set is 100% alike another. That is the nature and richness of our products and catalogue: made the heart way.
Product samples can be requested using the email sales(at)dedal(dot)pt; please state your doubts and we will be happy to help.
Our products allow some customization level (for instance new colours or patterns). If you have an idea don’t shy away: we will discuss its feasibility together.
To request a customization of one of our products please email us the desired customization details, quantities and delivery expectations at sales(at)dedal(dot)pt. We will get back to you with a budget proposal and delivery estimation.
Shipping & Delivery
- Products in stock are shipped immediately.
- Otherwise, depending on quantities and product, orders take 1 to 4 weeks to be delivered.
- Estimates for shipping dates are communicated when we process your order.
Shipping costs will also be communicated then.
Where do we ship to?
Everywhere as long as there is a carrier service available.
Estimated Delivery Date:
- Europe: up to 5 business days
- Rest of the world: up to 10 business days
- 1st order: 100% payment on dispatch
- Following orders:
- 20% on dispatch
- 80% payable within the following 30 days
Import duties and other taxes
Listed prices do not include import duties, customs and other legal taxes in the buying country. We are a VAT registered company in Portugal subject to VAT.
The minimum quantities for orders:
- Ceramic collection 1.0: not required
- Ceramic collection 2.0: 20 units
Damages and returns policy
We work daily to provide our best service hoping that you will be completely satisfied with your order.
However, we understand if something goes wrong and you might want to return it. If that is the case, please inform us by email sales(at)dedal(dot)pt within 48 hours after the delivery.
Please note that we reserve the right to withhold an exchange, credit note or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed or is in any condition that we deem renders the item unsuitable for resale.
Due to their unique nature, customized editions cannot be returned (unless defective).
Once the production has started cancellations for customized products will not be accepted. For standard products, orders can be canceled with a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order.
We believe that every shop is unique as it speaks directly to different customers so we don’t refuse retailers when we already have a client at a specific area - unless we have a specific request from a client regarding exclusivity.
